Cancellation Policy:
Gino Private Label does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders placed are final and cannot be changed after submission.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Gino Private Label does not allow returns. 
We will gladly exchange an item if our stock allows it. We can exchange your item’s size (same product) or exchange for online store credit only. Only 1 exchange is permitted. After the exchange, all sales are final. 

Please email us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving your shipment. 
Please include the ORDER NUMBER, ITEM RECEIVED, AND ITEM/SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR.
Items to be exchanged must be sent back in perfect, new condition. Gino Private Label must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
